I think this had to be the quickest appt. I've ever had. I was in and out within 15 min. I've gained 1 lb this month which means I am still down about 4 lbs overall. No complaints here. Heartbeat was around 152 bpm.

We have some winter-type weather going on here. It started sleeting on the way home and all the local schools closed early. We live in the South and people don't handle winterish weather well here at all.

Anyway, my next appt. is in 2 weeks and that is my big u/s. I hope that baby cooperates and we find out the sex. I can't wait!

Yeah- mine are pretty uneventful too...they check the hb. They check my weight and BP and it's always normal. I guess that is good though. I don't know how my dh would handle it if I were anything but "low risk"-- I just have normal pregnancies and I guess I lucked out. He is HIGH strung when it comes to this stuff. LOL I am totally laid back.

Yeah, uneventful might be boring but it's usually good.

I hope the baby cooperates for you too. One thing the person said when I made my 3D appointment- drink some juice or OJ about an hour before the u/s. Also make sure you are hydrated...it can help get better images....at least for the 3d/4d but I am sure it helps the other u/s too...and the sugar from the juice makes the baby active. FUN FUN FUN!

Sounds good! Glad all went well...and quickly...for you. Two weeks to the big u/s here, too (well, almost...the 7th)...can time go any slower? We need to chat a lot and keep ourselves busy!

I know, Melissa! We actually made our u/s appt. a month ago and time seems to be going sooo slowly! I know it will be here soon but I am not known for my patience. It doesn't help that I have had 4 weeks to wait on it already and still have 2 more to go.

And yeah, I like uneventful when it comes to prenatal appt. Uneventful is good!
