Ultrasound #2 .... QUESTIONS.....

Hi ladies =)

So I just got back from our second ultrasound....

We saw a 1 yolk sac, 1 little bean and a little heart flickering

It was beyond exciting... we couldn't hear it or find out how fast it was going but it measured almost 4mm which puts me at 6 weeks!

So my question.....

1- My doctor called with my progesterone levels - they were at 28 which means they went down a little bit =( At my first beta, it was 29, at my last beta 1 week ago was at 34. Which means it went down 6 points in the last week. Of course this really freaked me out and I'm really hoping you guys know or have experience with progesterone fluctuating????

2- Technically i'm 6 weeks, 1 day so is it okay that the baby is measuring 1 day off??

I'm sooooo sorry to bug you guys, i'm obviously a first timer at being pregnant.... I was so happy at the ultrasound but hen his phone call bummed me out =( and i don't get to see him for another week.
