This month has flown by because I wanted to stay busy and had so much planned. Today will be no exception. LOL
I will be at the hospital at 7:00am tomorrow and the c-section is scheduled for 8:30. I really hope that I can get some sleep tonight, but I think I will be too nervous for that. DD almost starts crying every time she thinks about me not being home the next few days. Tomorrow morning she may freak out. My poor mom is going to have her hands full. Ashley is a mommy's girl and this will be the first time she is without me at night. Wish me luck and I will try to post next week. My hospital stay is till Sun. morning.

Good luck! I hope everything goes well for you. I can't wait to hear all about it. Your poor DD. It's hard for little ones to be away from their mommies. Maybe your mom can plan lots of activities for her to do to keep her mind off it. Poor baby.

Good luck tomorrow!!! I can't wait to see pictures and hear how it goes.

My mom stayed with Kylie while we were in the hospital too and she did really well but took complete advantage of my mother and apparently had a hard time sleeping the first night and kept waking up. My mom said she finally just let her sleep in the bed with her. The next night she slept fine in her own bed though. She had never been without us at night either but did well, all things considered.

The biggest problem my mom had was that she has always thought that Kylie is the "perfect" child and never acted up. The truth is Kylie is good but she's 3 and has her moments and my mom has never believed me. There is no such thing as a perfect child but my mom really didn't get that till now. My mom wasn't expecting it. Plus, my mom does not know when to tell Kylie no and has always let her have her way. Well, it was the same thing this time and I told my mom she has to start disciplining her and stop giving in but it is hard for my mom so Kylie did take advantage of that and wore my poor mother out (and my mom is only 47!) But for the most part, they both did just fine and I bet Ashley will be fine too.

Good Luck! I really didn't get any sleep the night before my c-section. I was nervous, too. You'll be ok!
