I never had this with DS1. I think labor things are getting started. I really don't want to go into labor before my csection. Yikes. Plus my mom doesn't get here until Sunday.
But, hey, I'll take it if it is time this is kind of neat. I never went into labor with my first or anything.

Sounds like a piece of the mp, which sometimes doesn't mean anything. Ive been loosing pieces since the early 30 weeks and here I am at 38 weeks.
With my first, I lost it twice (2nd time was the charm), and with my second, I lost pieces from 37 weeks til birth (39 weeks 3 days).

Maybe? Just don't get your hopes up too high without anything else accompanying it. I lost a lot over a week ago (too early and freaked me out a little), but it had no blood. It hasn't happened again since then. My MW said it could have just been a time of heavier discharge for me. Ah...so lovely. (A relief in my case, too, though) The only time I think I lost part of my actual plug was during my pg with my first DS. Thinking back, I was still pregnant for a good while after that...but...ya never know!

I was just excited to see SOMETHING as opposed to last time. I'm having a section anyway and would be crazy happy to have baby boy on May 28 because we have our vacation time very carefully scheduled for that date as well as daycare set up.
I just think it is neat. I never had any kind of labor with DS at all--never in any pain.. nothing.

I don't lose mine until I am in full blown labor. That is how I know I am in labor, LOL First I get the crampy contrax that are very irregular, then they get closer together and then I start to lose the plug. I don't really realize I am in labor until the contractions get closer and longer and the plug is coming out.
Did you go over your due date last time? Also, since you already had a baby your body could just automatically say- oh this is what I am supposed to do! All pregnancies/labors/births are different. Mine were similar in some ways but in others they were different!

The day you deliver, outside will be warm. Your baby will arrive in the evening. After a labor lasting approximately 5 hours, your child, a girl, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 8 pounds, 15 ounces, and will be 17-1/2 inches long. This child will have blue eyes and dark hair.
