I have been feeling a pain in my side for at least three or four days now.
I called my doctors on Friday complaining about an achey side and they just thought it was a pulled muscle because i said it was a constant ache and not really coming and going.
Well it is still achey but it does seem to come and go. It doesnt seem to be getting stronger at all though.
But the pain is in my right side and it is near my back/side under my ribs. Its been coming and going all day for days now. Kind of weird.
I guess i will bring it up to my midwife later at my appointment.

Does this sound like contractions or will i feel pain all throughout my back?

I don't know. All my cxs are like major AF cramps with tummy tighening (B&H's). Many people expereience different feels of cxs.

Hmmm - doesn't sound like any contraction that I have had.

Actually, it sounds more like gallbladder issues to me - but I am not sure about the coming and going. But that is the correct side for the gallbladder and it is not uncommon to have problems in pregnancy.

Okay, I just called my doc just now as my BP went up and my swelling increased. One of the symptoms they told me to look for was pain on the right side under the ribs (along with increased headaches, lightheadedness, seeing spots, double vision).

So, I am glad you are bringing it up at your appointment!

yes that is epigastric pain and I would definately call your OB as it could be a sign on HBP or even worse, pre-e...
