Still no symptoms

I still have 5 more days until I get to see my OB and have an u/s. I am a nervous wreck right now. I still have no symptoms of pregnancy besides a bit of sore bbs.

Because I've had a blighted ovum and missed m/c in the past pregnancy (if it had worked out, it could have been twins), I'm really scared.

I know there are several ladies here who had no or very little pregnancy symptoms and still had good results. I hope my u/s turns out fine too.
