Default Pregnancy Workout Videos

Anyone have any recommendations? Since I am starting to feel better, I need to do something. It is too cold to go walking and the times that I normally would walk, it is too dark now with the time change (AM and PM). So I thought about getting a video to do at home. I wanted something pregnancy specific (so I don't have to worry about what I should/should not be doing) and I'd love to target a low-impact, I've-been-doing-nothing-but-laying-around-for 4-months type of workout. I know that if it is too hard going into it, I won't keep it up.

I tried to order a couple off of our Blockbuster Online account, but the wait is so long that I think the baby will get here before the DVD actually does.

I'm thinking of ordering from Amazon or something.

TIA!

I am thinking about checking my library to rent and then copy a dvd.
I am taking a prenatal yogo class right now and i love it. So after that is over next month i will need to get a prenatal yoga dvd.
All i would recommend is a prenatal yoga dvd but i dont know of a good one.
Let me know if you find one.

I saw some good recommendations somewhere recently...Babycenter, maybe? I have an old Denise Austin one that I got and used when pregnant with DS#2 (1998) that was ok, included two work-outs, and I think a post-baby shape-up, if I remember correctly, too. I should pull that out. I'm also putting some on hold to try out from our library before buying anymore. (I already have too many I don't care for.) For now, I'm just continuing to do the low-impact and weights that I've been doing all along (about 30min 5-6 days per week). I also cannot WAIT for nicer, warmer weather...ugh!

I'm just doing my walk away the pounds videos. I was already doing them, They are low impact and my doc already approved them. I had to take a month off due to my bleed, so I'm starting back up with the 1 mile walk and then working back up to 2 miles. They are a good low impact workout and she uses stretch bands or weights (depending on the dvd you get) for upper body toning. I was at 3 miles when I got pg and stuck with that workout till the bleeding episode about a month ago. My doc said it wasn't the workout that caused it, so I just thought personally I'd rather back off and just stick to two miles (30 minutes of aerobic walking). I like these because no matter what the weather (too hot, too cold, raining) you can get your walk in.
