Default is it normal

is it normal to have braxton hicks contractions ALL the time. If im sitting they come and go irregularly, But when i stand or walk my tummy is in a constant state of contraction...literally. And they are quite painful! Im still dealing with the pulled muscle issue i posted about a couple weeks ago too. Everytime the baby kicks anywhere near the pulled muscle i pretty much double over in pain. Im starting to worry if i'll be able to tell the difference between real labour and the muscle pain combined with the bh contractions. Obviously i've read and felt the differnce between the two but since i've never gone into labour on my own, im not sure if i'll recognize the begining stages. at this point i just want to walk without it feeling like someone is stabbing my in the stomach...and the only way thats gonna happen is if i can get this kid out of me!

Well when I was in labor and delivery last week they said at this point it is normal and teh constant tightening while I am active is normal too. Then they hooke dme up to the monitor and said I was having regular contractions which were not painful to me at al and I barely noticed them. i seem to notice the BH more than the regular. Now two days ago I was having regular what I thought were BH every four minutes for a good 16 hours or more. When icalled labor and elivery they said not to come till they got painful. They also said if I get up and out and move around and they go away then no worries. They did not go away when we went on our walk. It seemed to make thm more intense and they about an hour and half after our walk I layed back in bed and they went back to being my irregular sporatic BHs.

I am sorry i am not of any help, just wanted to share what has been going on with me. Hopefully someone has some great knowledge out there

At the end I was having them all day long. Anything I did, standing or laying, they were going on. During the daytime, they were just ucomfy, but at days end, they were crampy.

Im sorry you are still dealing with the pulled muscle. OWIE! If the pain is that painful, Id get it more checked out, maybe giving you some pain meds to help you deal with it. Even just a call wouldn't hurt.

Im sure you will know what is labor when it starts. All 3 of my labors were different. Isaacs was this intense horrid pain every 2-3 min. Carson's was my water breaking. With him, the cxs never were painful so Im lucky that my water broke because I would be delivering him at home if it didn't. Kianna's was just me peeing every 30 seconds with very crampy cxs. Thought I had a UTI, flet like one too, but it wasn't.
