I forget...what is the time line on this? I see in the sticky that there are two listed pairs, so I was wondering about the rest of us that haven't paired themselves up. I'm a pretty shy person and wouldn't know who to ask... at myself. But I couldn't remember when we were going to try to have this done by.

At first we were letting people pair themselves up and the two pairs that are listed are the only ones I heard from. We can start a thread for people who are looking for labor buddies. I guess it should be someone who isn't due at/near the same time as the other person to avoid conflicts like both of you being in the hospital at the same time. LOL Give me some hints as to how you want to do this ladies.

I'm just going to update when I get home, unless DH happens to bring his laptop with him and I can get a connection at the hospital. I already know our cell phones don't work for crap in the hospital rooms - had that experience last time.

I just figured I'd update from home as well. I know some people have made close friends on the board already but I didn't want to call a stranger from the hospital with everything else that is going to be going on...

It would be neat to have one but I know I would totally forget to call or text them. I know from the past that I (or even dh) would forget to call since Ill be too busy recovering and being with the new baby and visitors.
We didn't even get to call relatives and my sister (and dh's brother) since my (and dh's) parents did that right away, LOL. We totally forgot to call our friends to let them know too. We just did that at home, email.

So I don't know what to do. I could have someone just send a mass voicemail message or a mass message call to everyone I have numbers for. Dh's cousin did that back in Jan when she had a baby.
