It's a girl!
Just got back from my u/s. I would've bet money that it was going to be a boy but it turns out I have no intuition whatsoever and it's a girl. She's healthy and just gorgeous. We're so excited!

How exciting!!! Girl, you have to post these appointments. I feel bad that I didn't mention it in today's appointments thread. I had no idea because it wasn't on the calendar. OK so when is your next appointment so I can be sure and get it on the February calendar?
Congrats on a sister for Miss Ava! I really hope my Ava gets a sister too. I think having 2 little girls would be so neat. Of course, I know we all just hope they are healthy.

Congratulations!! Is Ava excited about having a little sister? Kylie wants a sister so badly so I hope my intuition is as off as yours was because I really think we're having a boy.

Yeah on team pink! Congrats on your healthy girl.
Intuition did not work with my first either. I really had a feeling she was a boy. I did not find out until delivery so it took about 24 hours after she was born for it really to sink in that she was a SHE!

Ava is so happy about it. When I told her she smiled really big and said "I told you it wasn't going to be a boy" - such a little know it all. We're all very happy about it because I think there is a special thing with sisters. I think the gap in there age will be nice too because although I'm sure the baby will be annoying for Ava at times through the years, I feel like she'll have that motherly thing too and will really, really love her little sister. I'm 6 years older than my little sisters (twins) and I adore them. Ava will be 3 months shy of being 5 years older so it should be good
