For being so small Sophie sure can eat! She's a regular Miss Piggy. I had forgotten how much tiny babies can eat. She's doing awesome though - she's 8 days old today and she's practically sleeping through the night. Last night she ate at 11pm, 3:30am and 6:30am. She's awake more throughout the day as each day goes on - but she goes through little spurts throughout the day where she'll eat for over an hour. I'll think she's finally done and then she starts rooting around and sucking whatever she can find - mostly my neck or chin. I'm looking forward to her 2 wk appt so I can see how much she's grown!

Kianna is a Miss Piggy too. My poor bbs are feeling it, ugh, lol. K has been sleeping through since she was 5 days old and just being a perect lil angel, just like her brother Isaac did and was. Im glad she isn't following in Carsons footsteps.

Little Avery does the same thing. She too is sleeping so well. We have been blessed with a very good baby!

Ryann wakes at 11:30pm 3-4am and then about 7am... he is eating between 5-6 ounces at a time too at 5 weeks old!

I can't wait to meet my little piggly wiggly Isabella was an all night nurser, so I hope this little guy gets his belly full and will atleast sleep 3 hour strwetches.

I was thinking the SAME thing this morning! With my son I had to pump exclusively for the first month and thought (coming home this time) that I would be just fine b/c I have "tough" nipples....well, she's starting to KILL me! I finally broke out the lansinoh last night! For all intensive purposes, I'm "new" at the breastfeeding thing so I just feed her whenever she wants to eat and don't track the actual times. But it's A LOT. My son was sleep 5 and 6 hours straight within days of coming home from the hospital. But he's..uh..VERY ..trying.. during the day. (he's like 2.5 kids all by himself) Jeigh, on the other hand, is WONDERFUL during the day. AMAZING. But wakes 2 times a night. Mine have definitely held true to the total opposite sibling stigma.

Sam is only 3 days old, so he is not in any sort of routine yet, but he sure does eat. Seems like he is on the boob all the time. Dylan was like that, too. I don't bother recording the times because it's just so often. I'm working on trying to get him to stay on longer without falling asleep. That might stretch out the feedings a little bit.
