So glad the funeral and visitation time is finally over. Sadly, I got a tummy bug from someone and woke up sick yesterday at 5 am. I was so glad DH had decided to take one more day off and was here to help me with Ava. That allowed me to sleep off and on all day and now I'm feeling almost 100% better today. That was my first tummy bug in years and my first time to have a regular sickness this pregnancy.
Thanks too for the Mommy of the Week Questions. I got to them yesterday once I got to feeling a little better.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. The service was nice with a section of anecdotes about my GP's years as a police officer years ago that had us all chuckling with fond remembrance. He was a funny old soul.
