Has anyone just paid for some of this yourself? (if your ins doesn't like to cover it) Where did you get it, and how much was it? At Sam's Club they said it is $48 for 15 4-mg pills... Not totally out of the question, but I'm wondering if I might get a better price somewhere else? (my midwife already said she would prescribe some if I want to go that route...)
