Finally Home!!!!
Thank you all so much for your prayers and well wishes during my long labor. I am glad my sister was able to give some updates! I will post my birth story later. I need to nurse the baby and get some rest myself. After 34 hours of labor, 2 1/2 hours of pushing and two days of pre-labor I am pretty exhausted and have only had a few hours of rest since July 2nd!!

8lbs. 5oz.
20 3/4 in.
Born July 4th at 11:31 am
The word deacon means "Servant of the Lord" and the name Emmaus is where two of Jesus' disciples walked with Him after the resurrection.

Congratulations Kara! He is beautiful. I love the name, too. It's amazing to see you with that sweet baby boy in your arms, I still remember when you got your BFP on cycle buddies.

But I must say having us waiting 2 full days to know what you had and the name was torture girl!!!!!

I can't believe he's here already - I swear it was just yesterday that you got your bfp! Kara, Congrats! I am so glad you finally have your baby boy in your arms! Sorry that it was such a long labor, but I am sure that holding that baby makes it all worth it! I look forward to hearing your birth story. What a beautiful boy, he looks perfect! And to think, you and Zara had your babies on the same day - no one was last Congrats again!
