Did any of you go early with your first?

I had Sadie two and a half weeks before my due date.
I am just scared that i will go early again. I would like to go two weeks but no earlier.
I was checked for pre term labor two days ago but it came back negative, thank god.
I am having some braxton hicks contractions and a lot of pressure really low. I am already 1cm dialated and my midwife said they will check me every week or every other week when i go into the office.
Are you resting a lot or are you guys reall active?

Not I. I was 8 days late with my first. But with my second, I was 3 days early.

Im resting a lot because Im soooooo uncomfy right now.

I was a little over 3 weeks early with my first, 4 weeks early with my 2nd. With this one I am on meds and bedrest! So, yes - I am resting more with this one!!!!

I was early with my first, but not due to labor. My BP was high and the baby was stressed during that week's NST so they induced me. Didn't work because my cervix wasn't ready and they didn't have the meds they have now to soften it. Plus my pelvic bones are not shaped right, so I would never have a baby vaginally. All of mine have since been taken anywhere from a week to 2 weeks early. Presley will be the closest to her actual due date, unless she gets other ideas.

I was 8 days early with my first. I do tend to get more tired this time and on the weekend if my daughter takes a nap I will try and take a nap too. I don't go outside and walk as much as I would like to. I just had a drs apt today and they said they won't do internals until around 36 weeks.

I had my first at 37 weeks and my second at 36 weeks. With the 2nd, similar to you, was 1 cm dilated at 30 weeks and was put on bedrest and meds - I slowly progressed cm by cm every week and was almost 5 cms before I even officially went into labor at the hospital! My doctor said the general rule is each baby is born about a week before the prior one so they fully expect me to deliver around 35 weeks.....however.....at my last appt, I was still sealed up tight. I'm actually worried that I will go later this time and I really don't want to, I am uncomfortable and only have a few more weeks left in me. Since my appointment Monday, I have been stepping up my workouts and being extra active in hopes of getting things moving a bit. But I am living proof from last time that taking it easy really does make a difference since I managed to hold off baby for 6 weeks. If you are truly concerned, just try to rest and lay down as much as possible. Don't spend a lot of time sitting because that puts pressure on your cervix.

I went 5 days early with my first, 2 days late with my second. My third I was induced at 38 wks and last one induced at 37 wks. I dont think I will make itpast 37 weeks this time around!

I had my 1st 2 days before the due date.
