I have 26 days until this little girl is here, and I need a diaper bag!

I'm crossing things off of my list, I just got my sling ordered from Peanut Shell, I wanted to order from the same place as Shannon, but never heard back which is just fine, cause Peanut Shell is having a 40% off sale in honor of Mother's Day. Which is where I was wanting to buy originally just didn't want to spend $50 for a sling.

Now I just need to conquer the diaper bag. I'm seriously picky on this.

::Requirements to follow::

First - I don't want to spend more than $40 (or in this ball park area, I don't mind going up a bit if it's the perfect bag) cause I don't know how much I will use this (I'm seriously a minimalist and don't need a ton of space, but yes I need space and I need pockets).

I like this square style:


But I prefer for it to have long straps to loop across my chest when I have a sling and the like.

I would love if i can clip it to my stroller, cause that's just nice and convenient

I want it to be in fabric that is soft (not the washable plastic stuff)

I want it to be pretty, and girly, but a little funky and retro too...

Where can I find one? I don't mind getting one custom made from Etsy, if someone can recommend who, cause there are 208 pages under Diaper Bags at Etsy, and frankly that is overwhelming!

Oh Lynds, I wish I could help you because I know you have been searching for the right diaper bag for a long time. I am using DH's computer right now (mine is off being repaired) so I don't have a lot of computer time. I hope you find something cute! For the record, I used to have a Vera Bradley one that I LOVED but it got beat up very quickly on the bottom corners.

I am getting a custom one made from Etsy, I'll share linkage once the deal is sealed because she isn't taking on anyone else But it's everything I want in a bag, style wise, all of it, and with an adjustable strap so I can have the length I want when slinging or shorter for other times. I can not wait to receive it!!! We are still discussing the coordinating fabrics at the moment. Ill post pictures once I receive a finished photo or it arrives which won't be until the end of May. I'm just skimming in here on the seat of my pants!
