Which Cold/Allergy medicines can we take?

My dr didnt give me a list this time and its been 2 Years since my last pg so i dont remember what we can take. I just know that if i dont get something for this Sinus congestion and headache my head just might explode. I tried just taking tylenol for headache yesterday and it helped some with the headache but the congestion makes it seem like i got hit with a truck.
