DH asked me if I wanted something special for me. I told him in addition to getting a repair job done on my favorite musical instrument that I'd like a blingy bag.

So, I'm thinking of something I can use as a purse and a diaper bag. I'm always using big bags for something--my laptop or paperwork stuff for DS's school.

I have no idea of what is in style but I'd like something cute but practical. Oh, and blingy so brand names are okay too

I wouldn't mind something handmade too. I checked out Etsy but was overwhelmed.

Oh, I forgot, blingy to me means over $100 and certainly not much more than $200. Don't go thinking I'm going to spend $1000 on a bag. I like blingy stuff but you can leave the diamonds off.

No suggestions, specifically but did want to say that I have numerous Vera Bradley bags and while they are super cute they wear down easily. The corners on the bottom get worn and ripped unless you hang it somewhere when you aren't uisng it. I have actually stopped buying any, although I thought I wanted one as a diaper bag last year.
