yes- this would be my last every 4 weeks...but I have the u/s scheduled for just about 32/33 weeks to check the placenta...just to make sure it moved out of the way! So basically, yes, I am at the 2 week appointments now.
She is supposedly head down so I said- ok squat time! LOL Get her head stuck so she can't flip!
Shannon- no worries I do that all the time LOL (hijack I mean) I get the "pains" when I walk on the treadmill, so I slow down. Sometimes it is because I have to go pee! LOL I think it is also the muscles stretching... I have thought about getting a support belt for when I walk (work outs). I think after 3, my muscles aren't what they used to be- except that I did work out before, so the abs were getting stronger...I have no idea.
I'm also on Babyfit.com, which is a partner with Sparkpeople.com - love those sites for weight and health stuff! Sparkpeople is free, and it is a great resource. FYI if anyone wants to join, I am Chloe73 on there, and if you put me as a reference, I get "sparkpoints". Babyfit is cool too because it's a great place for moms who are pregnant and want to stay fit during pregnancy- or as fit as they can

I can't rave enough about the two sites. Besides She knows, and a couple other places I have been online with for years, they are the only few sites I go to...board wise.
