Due to the weather here yesterday, my appointment had to be moved to Monday. It's Monday morning at 10:45 now. DH won't be able to make it (can't get off work again) so I'm going to TRY SO HARD not to look and have my OB tape the u/s and write the gender in an envelope. We're going to watch the video with my parents Monday night then open the envelope. So, even though I wasn't able to do it yesterday, we still get to make it (even more) special in the comfort of home!!

I'll be sure to post as soon as we walk in the door Monday night about it though!!!

Awww, sorry about your appt! I know that some of the other areas in the state got hit much harder than us. I was still able to make my appt. but it started sleeting before we left the clinic. I think your plan for finding out with family will be really special and may be even more exciting than finding out at the dr.'s office! Good luck with the willpower not to look!

That's a bummer- at least they didn't make you wait a week or more and got you in for another u/s fast! That is a great idea to watch the video at home! If I had that option I would have asked them to videotape it.
