it's mostly all water weight for sure.... thank goodness... I was hoping it wasnt real weight that would take me forever to lose... even if I stop here and have to struggle losing the 19 lbs, it's better than what I expected!!! I can't fit into my jeans yet though... but hopefully once I start to feel better I will be able to exercise

That is fantastic news. Sounds like some of the water gain is going away as well---hopefully that will help with your BP.
