Well, I didn't call
I decided to "sleep on it" and see what happened. I got some pretty good sleep last night, and things have mostly settled down, so I think it was just stress and a bad day at home with the kids getting to me. Thanks for all the support guys, I do appreciate it. I can't wait until tomorrow (Thursday) I get my weekly "day off" when the kids are in daycare/preschool, and my mom picks them up from there and they spend the night with her. I plan on cleaning my floors, then doing absolutely nothing else.

I agree -- take it easy while not having the kiddos!! Glad to hear that things settled down and try not to overdo it on your day off!!
