We had our u/s this morning -- and everything (I think) looked great. The tech said that she couldn't see any signs of the subchorionic hemorrhage that they saw in the beginning...and she assured me that most pregnancies are fine even with this.

I know that she couldn't have really told me anything, but she did not focus on any one part in particular either. SO....I think everything looked great. I do go see my OB tomorrow so we'll find out more then...

She asked right away if this baby was a surprise or if we wanted to know...I told her a surprise. I almost gave in at the end and asked her if she knew -- she told me she didn't even look. She said that because it's not something she needs, she doesn't even look unless baby is showing off. SO...as of right now, no one knows what we will be having!!

Baby looked healthy and feisty!! Weighed about 1 pound, 4 ounces and I was measuring at least a week ahead of my due date...so we'll find out tomorrow if my OB will change the date. It doesn't matter too much to me, as my kiddos tend to come early...

It was so hard for me not to cave either. Once I walked out of the scan I felt relieved I'd made it through and NOT asked the sex of the baby.

But more importantly...congrats on a healthy baby!

Great appt! I'm happy to hear that all went well and that they before seen possible hemorrhage had corrected itself. Congrats on sticking to your guns and staying on team Green! I'd never in a million yrs be able to stop myself from asking so I commend you! And, congrats on being able to get a peek at your happy, healthy little one!

Glad the subchorionic hemorrhage seems to be gone & all is looking good!
Good job being strong - the u/s is obviously the hardest part of not finding out the gender.
