Stretch marks
I thought I was all stretched out, but carrying this one higher, I noticed my stretch marks have began to travel upwards. Eeps! Anyone else with wandering marks?

Re: Stretch marks
So far I've only gotten them on my boobs & behind. I'm hoping it stays that way. I can deal with those areas. I'll be bummed if they appear on my stomach.

Re: Stretch marks
Honestly after 4 pregnancies I have no idea. I know I didn't get any till a week before I delivered my first. I was even braging that I didn't think I'd get any that's what I get I guess. I woke up one morning and bam they were all there. Anyway I think the same old ones just expand or maybe migrate each pregnancy.
BTW Guess I should mention those were the ones on my belly.

Re: Stretch marks
Hidee thats the key.... I've learned in my experience, that if your mom had then you will and if she didn't you most likely won't. All my friends, ect. followed that rule. Creams and stuff "might" help but I don't put much stock in them.

Re: Stretch marks
So far no new one this pregnancy. My fingers are crossed. I got a few from DD and I can see those pretty good now that my belly has expanded, but that's it for right now.

Re: Stretch marks
I was scared b/c of that rule b/c my mom and sister have them EVERYWHERE from their pgcies...this is our 4th child in 4yrs and I have none. My doc often says my skin tone on my stomach is quite incredible...nothing I'm doing though. I think I was just born with it. I do use great products but I have seen in others that if you are going to get them you are going to get them. Period.

Re: Stretch marks
I got a few on the my lower stomach with my son... fine.. at least my underware covered them.
With my daughter they expanded to my belly button.. fine.. at least my underware CAN cover them.. upper stomach was still good.
On this one.. they have expanded about a half inch PAST my belly button.. sigh. I hope that is IT. I can see the old ones from my previous babies are silvery and then the new half inch is red.. lovely. I have some expensive creams that I am going to use. I don't think they are a miracle but I'll use it anyways for the WHY NOT factor. Baby battle scars.

Re: Stretch marks
Ha! I can't tell the old from the new. Just see my belly shots in the belly shots thread. Honestly, while I won't be out in any two pieces ever again, I'm not at all ashamed of my stretch marks because they're evidence of the amazing gifts my body has given me

Re: Stretch marks
With Max I got a few right at the end on my lower belly, but they faded pretty well. I'm not going to jinx my self by talking about them this time around. (so far, so good *knocks on wood*)

Re: Stretch marks
My butt is covered and I have none anywhere else, I am nervous though becuase I want to wear a swimming suit again and not look terrible, I just hope they stay on the cheecks of the hiney and do not travel upward or downward, because they will be in swimming suit bottom territory, Glad to see I am not the only one with them!!!!!

Re: Stretch marks
I've gotten them on my boobs. I have a few on my behind/hips (but I'm pretty sure those are left over from when I exploded during puberty haha) so I'm lathering up/massaging/keeping all my extremities crossed that I don't get any more.
my mom didn't really get them so I'm optimistic.

Re: Stretch marks
OH yes! Lots of fun... I have horrible skin, so I'm just covered in stretch marks... this guy is lower than I carried j, but I'm still managing to get new, higher stretch marks.
