Default Spotting

When I was in the bathroom earlier i noticed a slight bit of brown spotting when i wiped. I've been in and out checking ever since and there hasnt been any more. Has anyone else had spotting this late? is it something I should be worried about? I know i've been exhausted the last few days, I started back to work after a few weeks off, i mind 4 kids ages 5 and under. The youngest is 16 weeks and I'm just worn out. seems like the longest wk ever, so maybe I just need to rest more. What do u think?

Shouldn't be anything to worry about, but I'd call the OB in the morning just to check. Try to rest up.

I wouldn't worry too much if it was brown blood. That usually means it's just old blood. It's the red blood that is more of a worry. Try and take it as easy as you can. I know that's hard watching little kids. I watch 3 kids as well. Aubrey is 8, Elise is 4 and Rhett is 6 months old. Just think of all the practice we are getting in!

I have heard if it is brown that it is "old" blood too. BUT make sure you do not let your self get to warn out girly....I know for experience that it’s very bad. I had no idea how much it was affecting my little one but now that I am feeling a bit better she is much more active again.

I know if its bright red make sure you go in ASAP. If it has not come back and it was only such a small amount I would think you are ok but it’s always better to be safe then sorry and maybe give your doc a call. It might be from DTD and not have shown up till now....I have heard that is extremely common.

Keep us posted.

I wouldnt worry too much about it. If you dtd recently it could just be old blood from an irritated cervix.

Keep an eye on it & I would put in a call to the Dr. just so they are up to date. Hope you can rest up some - I bet those kids keep you busy!
