First of all thank you for all the kind thoughts and replies to my rather paniced sounding post.
I decided to go into L & D, after speaking with my aunt and the hospital and them both recommending I go in to be checked. They checked me and I was 1cm dialated, but the contractions were not reading strong enough, so after monitoring me for a little bit and checking my cervix again and being only 1cm still they sent me home. I feel really bad about making my family and SO worry about me and taking up the time of the hospital, but honestly I would have been up all night worrying if I hadn't gone to the hospital. I have an OB appointment tomorrow and we'll see what he says. The pain I was feeling has since calmed down and I am feeling much better right now, although very tired.
Josh will be here in a week, so as long as this little lady holds off until then I'll be soooo happy!
It was funny, as soon as I got to the hospital, they brought me right into a room to be checked. They were very busy there last night and had two impending c-sections. So one of the nurses made the comment of "we need to get this one checked becuase her c-section would take priority over the others" (meaning me). I was kind of scared at that point. I felt like saying "Um actually I think I'll just lay here for a bit, 12 hours to be exact until Josh gets here, you can just go about your business and forget I'm even here" lol. I probably would have said it if they said I was in labor.
