Shauna Update!

I have another update from Shauna.

First she wanted me to thank you for the wonderful gift! She hasn't been able to go out and buy stuff for Kiara so she is very grateful.

She is doing well. She just had an amnio today to see if Kiara's lungs are developed. She is waiting for the results. If they are developed, they will deliver Kiara via c-section tomorrow! Kiara is up to 5 1/2 pounds now. Shauna is SO READY to have this baby. It's been a rough 2 months and she wants to get home.

Tianna (her 3 1/2 year old) is just getting over the chicken pocks so she hasn't been able to see her!

I'm going to call her back later to see what the amnio results are. Hopefully she won't have to wait another week and will be holding her baby in her arms tomorrow!

I am new to ths board so I dont know exactly has gone on, but I hope for good news today!

Thank you for the update Monica! I hope that Kiara's lungs are developed enough so that she can deliver her. Shauna has been through so much Im sure she is ready to hold her sweet little one in her arms and be done with the hospital!!

Thanks so much for the update. We have all been thinking about her. Wishing Shauna and baby Kiara the best!! I hope her lungs are developed and Shauna is holding her baby girl tomorrow. I know this pregnancy has been beyond tough for her. Sending positive thoughts and prayers her way. Tell her Good luck from all of us!!!

Thanks for the update. Has been so long since we had one. I am sure she is ready to get baby out and get home from the hospital.

Thank you so much for the updated!!!! I am so happy that her and the baby have made it this far....I know this has been so incredibly hard for her. I will continue to send positive thoughts and prayers her way!!! I wish her all the best with her amino test.....I hope they can deliver her little girl tomorrow.

Wow! How exciting! I hope little Kiara is ready to come out, for Shauna's sake. I'll be keeping them both in my thoughts & prayers. Can't wait for another update!
