Default Restless Legs

Anyone else dealing w/this? At night it is awful! Especially in my ankles...I toss and turn and just roll my ankles and can't do anything to stop it. Anyone have any tips?

I get it too. I wake myself up kicking. I have no cures though, I just hope it goes away. I've never had it before this pg, so we'll see.

I have that now and then too! Its really annoying! I had it some with my last pregnancy too. The only thing that seemed to help was just giving birth! lol

Not me, but my hubby gets it from time to time - especially when he's overtired. Hope it goes away soon for you!

I have a friend who had it (she wasn't pg) and she said the meds were worse than the condition. I'm not sure what would help, but I hope it's only temporary.

I haven't been able to exercise in a couple of weeks, and I wonder if that is making it worse? Anyone else notice any correlation? Those of you have it, are you heavier (I'm on the chubby side)?

I have it really bad and have since before I was PG. The only thing that helps me is heat. I have to sit in a shallow bath of warm / hot water and if my DH is home I get him to massage my legs after. This seems to help reduce some of the pain. I have had to take Tylenol on occasion when I could not get them to stop. Sleeping with a heating pad on low helps too at least for me.

I hope you find something that helps....its truly horrible and I know it has brought me to tears cuz it was so painful.
