Default question

I dont remember this happening with my other kids at all. Sometimes (usually in the evening) the baby starts moving a whole lot and and it literally feels like he is trying to push his head out through my urethra. It HURTS!
Its usually when im sitting up so if I lay down he has more room to move around and he stops pushing there. Its just so strange b/c it feels like he is trying to come out the wrong place!!
Anyone else's baby do this?

My little one does almost the same thing, except he is breech, so it feels like he is trying to push his way out through my side, just under my ribs, if I start pushing back, he usually kicks, it's kind of comical, but also yes, very uncomfortable. I just figure he's gearing up for the big journey!

Julian does something similar, he pushes on my ribs with his feet like he's trying to get out down there. I hope the discomfort doesn't get to you too much

Well yes, but with the progress i'm making I thinking she is trying to get out. I agree it can get uncomfy sometimes. Maybe his head is tilted just a bit forward so it's putting more pressure up there insted of strait on your cervix.

Ouch!! I'm feeling like this girl is going to push her butt right out of my belly button. I swear she arches up and sticks her booty out and it hurts. Hopefully your little one is gearing up to make the great escape:-)

I'm getting it around the belly button, too! Oww! Evening is definitely 'activity time!'

Yup. She hits so hard I actually feel like she is going to pop right out at times. I explained it to my dh as having a bowling ball dropped on his parts. He seemed to understand where I was getting at after that, bc the feeling is so hard to explain. She kicks off my ribs sometimes and it is like she is stretching right out trying to get out of there. Very painful, but thankfully we are all nearing the end.
