Default Pelvic pain help (maybe)

I usually don't post about my appts, because they are usually boring and standard. However I went in today, all is well with baby. I spoke with dr about the sever pelvic pain I have been having. He basically told me that there wasen't much they could do, but reccommended I do some exercises. He said to do what they call the cat cow position. On hands and knees, arch back up, and sway it down. He says it helps move baby around and can help. So we'll see. I thought I'd share since I know some of you guys are having this issue as well. I also plan to start taking water aerobics, soon. I know they helped with pressure and such with my first two, so my hope is it will help with this also. (I did not have the pelvic pain with the first 2, but got it towards the end with Hannah).

Sounds like yoga positions. I was just thinking I should get back to a little bit of yoga just to limber up because I'm feeling like I can't move around like I usually do.
Hope this helps w/ the pain for you!

Thanks for sharing! I do this a lot and have found it helpful! Unfortunately, it's quite temporary if you have a little one who REALLY likes to be in a particular spot & moves back the second you stand up! lol
