Panicking about Weight gain!!

Oh no- the pounds are RAPIDLY coming on!! This is what happened with Lainey. I just started gaining and couldn't stop... and by the end, I was up almost 50 lbs. and still haven't lost 25 of it as of this pre-pregnancy weight. I know a lot of you on here are really small and many haven't gained much weight. But I need help!! How do I slow the gaining down?? Should I try a low-carb approach? Would that even be safe??!! I feel like every day in the last 2 weeks, the scale keeps going up. I'm terrified of this rapid gain!!!
