Default maternity pants helllp

I've been getting away with just wearing a belly band but I'm getting too big for it now. The problem is that I can't find maternity pants to fit me!! ALL the jeans I've tried on at Motherhood are WAY too short (I'm tall!) and too big through the hips. Same with the pants at Target, and I just can't bring myself to pay $98 for a pair of maternity pants at MiMi. Any one know where to find pants that are long and slim cut but not "mom pants?"

I'm short so I don't have your problem . But I saw on one of the other boards that the were wearing yoga pants, maybe something like that would work. I would hate to pay big bucks for a pair of pants this late in the game. Or maybe a bigger (in size) pair of jeans with your belly band. Like I said I don't have that problem. I am short so get huge in the belly early because she has nowhere to go but out . HTH

I'm tall too, i've been wearing sweats alot. lol. There are some pants that come with streatchy waist bands too, even though they're non maternity. I've still been squeezing into my regular pants, just wearing long shits and using a hair band to keep them shut instead of buttoning them.

I love my Gap maternity jeans! And mine are Longs. They are perfect! I'm pretty sure you can get extra longs, too.

I haven't found any that I like much. I resort to yoga pants a lot & the jeans I got don't stay up when I'm moving around. Good luck!

Old Navy has longs I think. I'm short, so I usually have the opposite problem, finding jeans that don't drag the ground.

I can help, but you'll pay more than you want. I'm tall also and have to wear a 36-37 inseam pant if I don't want to look like I'm expecting a flood, as I'm all legs! Gap is great, but they don't have ultra tall maternity pants only tall . You can go to The Tall Girl Shop United States. This is where I got my one pair of maternity jeans. I also bought a pair of maternity work pants, that I wear every day from RG Maternity » Looking for tall maternity clothes?. I wish I could buy more pants to increase my options when I stare into my closest every day, but it just got too expensive. Hope this helps!!

I have this problem too. Old Navy has long jeans. You can buy them online and get $5 shipping. Returns are free if they don't feel right/fit right. Good luck. It is really hard to find long and slim enough jeans w/out spending a fortune.
