Default Lotions

Cuurently using Huggies Natural Care wash, as well as the lotion on Anastasja. She has very dry skin, has since birth. It is clearing up a bit, but I am wondering if there is something better out there. Reminder, I live in Canada. Anyways, what are you using, how do you like it, is it hypoallergenic?

Aspen has really sensitive skin so I haven't been putting lotion on her yet. But I did buy a bottle of Method Baby lotion from Target. It's all natural, made from rice milk and mallow and it's hypoallergenic. I hope it will be good for her. I'm just so afraid to put anything on her skin right now because she gets those hives so easily.

I use very little Aveeno baby wash. You really don't need to use anything but water at this age.

I don't use lotion very much but when I do I use Huggies Natural Care or the pink J&J.

Canada here too... David had dry skin and I just used the Johnson's lotion..I'm pretty sure that you can get it in sensitive skin too. In the hospital they used Dove Baby wash/shampoo and since he had no reaction to it, I bought it for home. I only bath him head to toe maybe twice a week too and every day get his face, neck and butt washed.

I only bathe her every two to three days, and wipe her down the rest of the time. I use very little of the wash, bc she still has her cord. I was using the wash for her hair, but went to just water to try to keep the dry skin down. Hmmm I got dove at the hospital too, just forgot about it til it was mentioned. Maybe I will try that on her.

I'm using the same as Ronna and it seems to be great for Joshua. His skin is getting much less dry, but it may be just adjusting to the outside world.
