Default just got back from dr...

So I asked about the shaky seizure type movemnet, he said that often times the baby gets in an uncomfortable position and this is how they get comfy...sounds good to me...lol i mean when she does do it, it is brief, and then she does her regular slow wave type of movement....

She is still in the breech position AND I gained 5 LBS in 2 weeks!!!!!!! oh my gosh! i never gained so much this late in the game!!!! he said to lay off the sweets, so by by caffiene free pepsi lol and back to diet caffiene free...i really love caffiene free pepsi.

then he said im swelling and that i need to stay off my feet. that im gonna notice more swelling if i dont...so i reminded him that we will be moving soon he said, no lifting anything or bending over...just sit there and point as to what needs to get done, ya right huh...

So im kinda bummed....im on the water wagon..
did i mention I love my pepsi?

Mmmm Pepsi does sound good now that you mention it. Glad you asked about the seizure like movements, it sounds like a ton of us have had those same feelings. Good luck with the move!

Oh cool, thanks so much for asking about that.

Sorry about the Pepsi. And I love how Dr's think we can just not do anything. (sigh) How is anything supposed to get done?!! hee hee. Seriously, hope you can get lots of help with the move so you won't over-exert yourself. I have been really trying to drink lots of water, but I agree it can get boring. Sometimes I put just a tiny splash of fruit juice (my fav is white cranberry/peach) in the water to flavor it w/out adding too much sugar. Good luck!

I hear ya about the water wagon! I'm so tried of the drink-pee-drink-pee-drink.....
I hope you can get through the move w/o doing too much - very hard to just sit & point - next to impossible!
Hang in there - not too much time left.

Hahahaha....sit and point!! Doesn't he know that we preggos need things done NOW and done OUR WAY!!! I was peeling wallpaper off the walls yesterday and got a nice little lecture about how I shouldn't be standing on the chairs....

Anyway, glad you had a fairly decent appointment and thanks for asking about that movement. I think we've all been wondering what exactly is going on in there!! Hang in there...we're almost there!!

I so feel this way too...I go to the bathroom between every class period b/c I can't get stuck in class having to pee. Imagine leaving 30 16 year olds in a room alone! I am so done with having to walk to the bathroom all the time.

I am glad I am not the only one who does everything! I took last nite off and my house looks like a tornado went thru it!

Sorry about the swelling and giving up sweets! Makes me nervous to go in tomorrow

Now I want a pepsi! Bad thing is dh has a whole case of them in fridge so this is taking self control . I drink tons of water but its not the same and it makes me pee every 10 minutes! I know just one wouldn't be bad but I have a major soda addiction and can't stop at 1.

Mmm pepsi... I have caved a few times. It is just too yummy. lol I hear you on the taking it easy thing. My dr told me that I could not lift, and I was working, and moving. It just was not going to NOT happen. I just took it easy where I felt I could. Did get in a bit of trouble for packing boxes and furniture around, but like a person can just sit and point. Good luck on getting some rest to reduce the swelling.
