Or I should say my set of appts yesterday! It was a crazy long day. I got to the hospital at just after 9am and left and just after 4pm... I was so dang beat!

First thing on the list of crap I didnt want to do was the New OB class. if you are a new OB patient you HAVE to take this class. UGH. So I got to listen to a bunch of crap, got a ton of info on the hospital and they start your chart. Thank heavens I know my husbands SS number. Its on EVERYTHING. Friend of mine was joking that its not like baby comes with a Navy barcode or anything and Erik was like yes it does my SS number LOL. dang was he right! So, do the paper work, get the book for what to expect at my appointments and stuff put out by the DOD... learn about classes I can take for free, hear a bunch of crap I already know.... Ooo cute thing I did learn, they give you this paper with the foot prints that says "I was born at the Presidents Hospital" on it. I thought that was adorable lol.

Then I have to have the lab work done. OMG I mean really. Pee in a cup.. and take a crap load of blood. The guy was really nice though. I sat down and was like ok 2 things... I have done this before, I dont wanna look like a drug addict do if you could, a butterfly needle is the best for us both. And I have known to get light headed doing this lol. He was noooo problem, I got one of those here and that chair reclines a bit. He talked to me the whole time and I left with one poke and feel pretty good. I was sooo glad. That is really rare to be honest.

So back to check in for apt. Get vitals... YAY havent gained a ton.. 3lbs total and blood pressure was awesome 110/75. Works for me. The apt was good. I liked who I saw. She was really sweet. She took a bunch of info down, joked with me that we need to talk a better form of BC... was very friendly during the exam. Bebe sounds good. Little mover in there! We have a date issue lol. I KNOW when i ovulated, and I KNOW when we had sex so I know my EDD is around May 13. She says May 16 based on my LMP... So I was either 17 weeks or 16 weeks 4 days yesterday... they did an ultrasound real quick for dates.... baby measured 15w 3d. So I have a tiny thing in there! It was moving all over too. It was funny. I didnt get to see anything or get any pics. They did say placenta is in the back and that it was a cute little bebe! I cant wait for my ultrasound. I have to call today and set that up. I am so hoping for a girl!

So next appt is the 30th at 11:15 in hopes that my husband can be there.

There really is a bebe in there!
