Today has been a terrible day . First I was very hormonal all morning. I was stressing at school because I need to miss a day of class for another class project but my instructors told me there were not days next week I could miss. Not a reason to cry but I did as soon as I left. I was laughing/crying while trying to explain to a friend that I really wasn't THAT upset, I am just no longer in control of my body or my emotions. Then I went to my Dr. appt and failed the 1 glucose test (which I had been super stressed about and I think was the real reason behind earlier crying). Now I have to take the 3 hour next week and miss school. One of the days I was just told I couldn't miss. Great. Actually my instructor was very understanding. But now I am upset about failing. Arrg. I do feel better that so many other ladies have failed the 1 hour and passed the 3. My dr. said my levels were not very high but they are 152, which sounds high to me since the cut-off is 140. Guess we'll see.
Im sorry, thats such a pain. But take heart, a lot of people fail the 1 hour but pass the 3 hour. I did that with my first. GL!!!

BIG HUGS!!!! Sorry you are having a rough day!!!! Good luck on your 3 hour test!!!! Can you maybe start the test early and then go to a 1/2 day of school? Just a though. Lots of ladies seem to pass the 3 hour after failing the 1 hour....I hope you have success with it too.

ugh, how frustrating! you have every right to get emotional, and your teachers *should* be accomodating and helpful. I commend you for taking classes this semester, I dropped the one class I had signed up for cuz i couldn't handle it. I'll bet you'll pass the 3 hour with flying colors!
Hugs! Sorry you failed your one hour! I completely understand having to deal with professors during pregnancy. I was finishing up my degree when I was pregnant with ds and while most profs were really understanding when something came up, there were a couple that were just pain in the butts, lol. Glad your instructor was understanding about the 3 hour test.
my friend failed her and hers was off a point or two...like 142! And they made her take the 3 hour test. lol She of course passed that. I was suppose to take it yesterday... i go wednesday now. (the 1 hour one) I hope I pass... seems like more and more people fail it lately. Maybe they lowered the scored so more people have to take the 3 hour test... a way to make more money! lol
