I don't understand it. I haven't had high blood pressure the whole pregnancy, actually it's been running around 115/60 the whole time. So the last few days I haven't been feeling so great. My hands and feet have been swollen all day even when I just wake up. Usually I only get them at night after work.
I woke up with a headache today, haven't been feeling that great all day. My husband just got home and since I don't have a way to check my blood pressure I had DH take me to the grocery sore to check my BP. So the first check was 140/89, second was 139/89 and the third was 143/90. I have a Dr. appt tomorrow so we will see what it is tomorrow. I just hope it's lower!

If it stays high and you have protein in your urine, they won't let you go much further - can you say "induction"? Could be baby time....................

Yeah I definetly would call the doctor b/c your BP can go up pretty fast. Hope it goes back down for you though! GL and KUP

Pre-eclampsia can come on very suddenly, so I would definitely get it checked out right away...especially if your headache is not going away. That seems like a big jump from your normal b/p readings, so I would at least call your dr. and see what he says. I hope it's nothing, sometimes your b/p can just do funky things toward the end of pregnancy, but you should get it checked out just in case.
