Default Has this happened to anyone else

Earlier tonight I was sitting on floor rearranging DVDs and when I went to get up I was stuck. After a little while I figured out that rolling to my hands and knees I would be able to push my self up. I was half crying and half laughing at myself while I was trying to get my big old self up off the floor. No more sitting on the floor when I'm home alone. On a bright note when I was twisting and turning my upper back cracked and it felt so good, so it wasn't all bad.

Awww, sorry you got stuck!
I keep forgetting how unwieldy I'm getting - especially when I try to roll over in bed.

I'm getting there. If dh is around I usually ask for a push or a pull. It onlygets worse. I remember at the end with Aislyn I couldn't roll over or get out of bed, I had to wake DH up so he could push me.Lol.

Uhh, that is a definite YES from me! LOL I also ask DH for help (when he's around), if not, I have to get onto my hands and knees or pull onto something nearby in order to get up. It takes a lot of work! It's also starting to take a bit of work for me to roll over in bed.....I usually get those round ligament pains because I'm half-asleep, putting my body into these weird positions to help me roll over. Sheesh. And I really don't think my belly is THAT big yet! (Maybe I'm in denial....)

I haven't gotten stuck yet, but I've noticed how differently I've started rolling over and the way I get up since I've gotten a little bigger. I'm pretty sure my husband caught me "waddling" as I was walking around the kitchen cooking dinner last night though, it made me chuckle to hear him say it!

Yep....thankfully I've got 3 kiddos that LIKE to help mommy off the floor! Ugh....one more game of Dora Candyland on the floor and I just might have to pitch a tent!

Good luck!
