How 'bout you mommys who are home? How are you & baby? How's the day?

I'm feeling like this could be the day - but I don't have much to back it up except for wishful thinking. I had a few (4 or 5) mild contractions last night. This morning I"m feeling terribly heavy & tight most of the time.
I should get up & get busy. I have an ob apt at 4pm - maybe I'll have a report after that.

Going to my appt this morning at 9:30 am. Not expecting much, he doesn't check me or anything, guess he figures that since we have the C-section sheduled the baby will stay put til then... one never knows, right?

Just hanging out. I'm actually hoping the baby doesn't come until next week now. We'll have SIL over next week and would be a great help if I had to go in in the middle of the night. We still don't know enough people in the area to feel comfortable asking them to come stay with the kids in the night. So, rather than have to wait for 2 hours for family to arrive, we'll have SIL stay with us next week. It would be a huge load off my mind! So, anytime after sunday is good!

I go between feeling absolutely miserable to feeling great and full of energy. But every evening I can barely walk, so I'm definitely ready. I just keep counting down the days though and making myself focus on the actual date, May 5th. Because even though I feel awful and uncomfortable a lot, I really do want her to stay in as long as possible. Only 9 more days!
I am trying to get my hospital bag packed today though. That's one thing I don't want to have dh, so I want to make sure I get everything I need in there...just in case.

Not much happening here. Walking any real distance tho causes me some pain in my lady parts. I think I may be starting to lose bits of my plug. Not sure tho, since with Ian I lost it in 2 big chunks. The last couple days I've had some "odd" CM - no brown or pink tho, so I'm thinking it's just gradually coming out this time (sorry TMI). Who knows....

I want to try to make it at least through work next week, but I'll meet my little man anytime he's ready to arrive!

I'm going between feeling excited and a little grumpy. IAt my 38 wk appt yesterday I'm about 1.5cm, and I think it would be good for me to make it to my due date as there's a lot of other stuff going on in the next 2 weeks, but I'm starting to get really uncomfortable and that makes me cranky.

But I am happy at the moment as I think the ladies at work are throwing me a little shower today at lunch!

I am feeling alot of pressure down there since she dropped, and like I have no more room left in there. Aside from some BH though, nothing going on. I need her to wait for 2 weeks at least til I hit 37 weeks. Alot of ppl think I am going to go right away though.

I am sad today. Hubby had his interview in Kansas yesterday. Eventhough he thought it went really well, he didn't leave with an offer. However, he understands from the recruiter the firm is looking at numbers. It would be Monday at the latest before we know anything.

So I have been with the kids by myself since 3:30am Wednesday and I am exhausted, sore and so done being pregnant. Sigh..... I can't breath and don't have energy to do anything.

Well today is my last day of work which is good cos I can rest up next wk, but I'm gonna miss the kids at the same time, especially the 2 yr old cos he's the one who's changed the most since I've been minding them
Since my check up yest I had some contractions last nite, nothing really painful but could feel my uterus go rock hard. Today I've some cramping but nothing 2 bad so I think ill be making it to my due date anyway, which is fine. I think at this stage I don't really believe I'm going to have a baby, it just all seems surreal at the mo lol

As for me, I was hopeing all the contractions I was having last night would progress into something but they didnt so now im just hoping that maybe I effaced more or dilated more b/c of them. I dont want them to have been all for nothing! My next appointment is on wed so I guess I will find out if there is any progress then. I hope so b/c they will be inducing Thursday and the more proggress I make before then the better!

I'm here and worn out!! Today DS had surgery(ear tubes round 2) today and we had to get up really early and got home around mid-morning. I think I need to take a nap with the kids today!!!

I have been having contractions all morning Not bad ones but not too comfee either......they are no where near regular and I keep hoping this little one will wait 6 more days but this morning I really am not sure. I have a heavy tight feeling and have had since yesterday. But no other signs. ARG....what to do....do I tell DH to head up this weekend? or do we try to wait till May 1? I am sooo LOST!!!!

Not too much happening here either. This morning I felt a lot of movement and I felt her head more to the rt side instead of up top(since she is breech). I thought hey maybe she is making her move now to go head down! But then she moved it back to the top of my belly. Little stinker, lol. So I guess for now I am still looking at the C/S in 20 days. I did finish packing my bag, just gotta add make up and camera when the time comes. And I just went through the baby's diaper bag for the millionth time adding more clothes because I cant decide what I want to bring her home in. I am sure I will open that bag and change the stuff 50 more times before the big day! I am also on call with my job today so I am just sitting here, waiting to see if they call me into work.It is kind of annoying because I dont want to start anything just to be called. I really want to take a nap but I KNOW the second I fall asleep they will call me and I will be even more tired then before I laid down. I am excited for all these babies being born around here! Cant wait for pics!

Overdid it today walking in the heat and carrying/lifting my three-year-old. Think I had a contraction or two. Feeling lots of pressure, etc. as baby is ridiculously low, but hoping I can hold off until after next Thursday, when my parents arrive.

This is the 1st time in all of my pgs that I have been READY this early. Just knowing that they won't stop labor if it starts again is making me ansy for it happen and I guess I am just ready for the time to come! Plus, a friend of mine had her little one this am (we are about 4 wks apart due date wise) and it's no fun when others around you start having their babies and you are still pg!

The good news is that DH is coming home tonight and possibly tomorrow night too so at least we can get in some ... maybe it will start something up- or at the very least progress me a little more by my appt on Tuesday. I'd be happy with that too! After some contx/pressure I had the other night I will be surprised if I am not dilated more when they check me again actually...

I feel ginormous, but I know I am still early yet. I hate that I'm so sore when I walk, but I am doing so much more this pregnancy than last time. Kind of unavoidable w/ an almost 3-year-old I guess. I'm excited to have the baby, but it sort of seems far away right now. I'm loving seeing all of your babies be born though!

I had my apt this afternoon - pretty much the same story hb was 141, weight up half a lb. urine & bp good.
She said I was between 1 & 2 cm & very very soft & at least 50% effaced.
She said to give it one more week & we can probably schedule an induction for Mon or Tues. of the following week. Tues. will be my due date. I'm still hoping to go into labor before then & have been having mild BH all evening. We'll see what happens.
