Default Freaking Out

I still don't have the rest of my Amnio results yet. So I called about 30 minutes ago and the Geneticist said she didn't have them yet and would call the lab and then call me back. I don't know if thats true or a line of BS My stomach is in knots and I am freaking out that something is wrong and they don't want to tell me.

I hate this.

I can sympathise, its so scary!!! We just did ours Monday so I am giving myself a week of not thinking about it, but then I will for sure start freaking out. And then the woman said to me that she would only leave me a phone message if it was good news - otherwise she would leave a message that says please call the office...I said, that doesn't make too much sense! Can you imagine what that will be like if I get one of those messages and she is out for lunch or something??? You'd think in this line of work they would realize how sensitive and important this stuff is. I'm sure everything is fine, I know if it were me I'd be worried too, but it really seems logical that she is telling the truth.
Best wishes
Monica

I'm so, so sorry you are so worried. I understand how you feel, but things are really backed up everywhere. With the holidays, tons of people take time off, or the people at work are shopping online. It seems like there is such a delay with everything! So frustrating for you. I hope you get your results very soon!! ((hugs))

Im sure she was telling you the truth b/c if she was not then that means they have the results which means they would have called you already. Dont worry, its going to be ok.
