Default Fibroids?

Does anyone else have these? I was told I have one when I had my Amnio. I can't remember how large it is, so I left a message for the Perinatologist.

You know how I mentioned the abdominal pain I have been having? Could this be the cause and not stretching of my c-section scars?

Would this interfer with me trying to VBAC?

Also, the Perinatologist office mentioned if I didn't find a doctor close, the Peri could deliver the baby! We really like him and didn't even think about that. The only bad thing is he is 150 miles away.

I had two fibroids that was found during an u/s in July before I got pg. They changed since getting pg. I know that sometimes they can continue to grow during pg, but other than that, I don't know much else. My doctor mentioned it at my last u/s saying she didn't see any change and it shouldn't be a problem. I'm having a scheduled c-section anyways.

I found out about a year and a half ago that I had a fibroid the size of a large grapefruit and I had to have surgery to have it removed.... I dont know what having one during pregnancy is like though.

The Genticist called me back. The Perinatologist was running over to the hospital to deliver a baby, so thats why she called.

He said absolutely this fibroid is what is causing my sporadic pain. Off the top of his head he couldn't remember where it was in my uterus and how big it was. But he will look at the Ultrasound tomorrow and call me.

He also,is strongly against a VBAC. Especially if you have had more than one CS. I kind of figured that anyway. I also kind of figure thats the answer I am going to get if I go with the OBs in Livingston. Oh well, I am at peace with it. He has done VBACs but doesn't feel I am a candidate because of the multiple CS.
