First, I wanted to thank everyone for their replies in my last thread. I almost started crying because this board is so great and supportive. I have known that all along but I just really needed the little boost. Sorry, I didn't respond earlier but the computer at the hospital was terrible! It couldn't handle all the picture on this website and kept freezing up.

So, Dylan is still doing well. He is still on the ventilator but they have been decreasing he O2 levels. Also, it is not completely breathing for him, just as an assist. They fed him today, just a little but they just told us that he digested it. Thats good because he is out of places to stick IVs. He had an IV in his head today . Hopefully the ventilator will be off soon so I can hold him.

He looks a lot worse than he is in the pictures. He is sedated so that he doesn't pull out the ventilator. He will be healthy soon, his lungs just need some time to develop.
