This morning I was getting out of bed and since I can't just sit up anymore I roll onto my side and "walk" myself up with my hands. Well, dh just bursted out laughing! He said he loves watching me try to move around and that I waddle. What?!?!?! I don't waddle, yet. He tried to justify himself saying how great it is to watch a pregnant woman. So I reminded him that there are pregnant belly suits men could wear and maybe he needs one. He, of course didn't feel that was necessary. Well, right after this (he still had the giggles) I got stuck between our bed and the dresser (it is a really narrow space) and that just set him off laughing again. Arrg. I still have 11 weeks of growing left! Men!!!

On his behalf, he is VERY supportive and this was just one of those funny moments for both of us that was in no way insensitive.

The other day when I had way over done it...it felt like my little ones head was about to pop out (I have never felt so much pressure down there EVER) I was waddling a bit and told my DH and all I could here on the other end of the phone was laughter and "Man, I wish I was there to see you now!!". I told him he was mean and it was not funny but we were teasing each other too.

It still makes me giggle.....LOL. BUT you are right MEN!!!! hehehehehe

Thats so funny. My Dh pretty much just ignores it when i have a hard time, although sometimes he'll help me up or push me out of bed. I think he's in denial about the fact that i'm not 100% functional right now.

Ahhh...the funny things we do while pregnant! I have to admit I think I am beginning to waddle...I can see my belly swing side to side as I walk. Today I am wearing my overalls to school. I know I look like farmer brown but I am to the point that I hate my jeans b/c Emersyn kicks at where they hit my legs or my waist. So the kids are getting quite a kick out of it! But it is still too cold for skirts (and I would have to shave to wear those, and that is a whole nother hassle I don't need to deal with haha!)

Men don't understand how hard it is...how come they can still function with their big ole beer bellies hanging out? I have never understood that!

yeah things are getting harder to do.

My dh yesterday had a BAD in grown toenail... CRYING like a baby! Telling me I have NEVER felt so much pain! As I am standing there.... back hurting.... belly pulling... stretching just aching from growing.... BUTT muscles hurting from carrying everything...feet hurting... and I am like OH NO... I have never felt such pain! JERK! lol

I'm totally waddling around and I often hear quacking noises coming from my husband when I walk past him in the evening.
His latest name for me this week is "Tons of Fun!" I can't help but laugh at how much my body has changed/expanded in the past few weeks and his nicknames crack me up. Getting out of bed in the morning is so difficult, and those first couple of steps just kill.

Ahh yes! The getting out of bed routine! It can be quite comical. My mom said I look like I'm waddling, but it's only when I first start walking, then my body kind of evens out and I don't waddle.

Haha! My dh learned after the first one not to pick on the funny movements I make when pregnant. We'llsee what he has to say when he gets home, though. They think they even begin to know what it feels like... lol!

Hee hee. Funny stories! My DH and I have a good sense of humor about the fun changes in my body during pregnancy as well. I mean some things are pretty funny, I've gotta admit! I am quickly approaching the time when I can't tie my own shoes...pathetic, eh?
