DH and I went to one of the local Japanese restaurants for lunch this afternoon. You have your option to sit at an American table or Japanese table. Well all the American tables were taken so we sat at a Japanese table. That had to be the biggest mistake I have made in a long time. At the Japanese tables you sit on the floor and I got stuck several times getting up to get more food lol. Anyways lesson learned not to sit at the Japanese tables when pregnant.

We have a Japanese resturant here. My favorite place to eat. Well since I was induced with my 1st 2, I knew before hand, so to celebrate I wanted to eat my last meal there (the night before). And guess where they put us both times, yep on the floor. That is a sight a 9mo pregnant chick trying to get up

. And I have been seated there several times through out all my pgs. Always a nice show

Hey, I don't know about you guys but I think that in our pregnant state we shouldn't have to get up and down off the floor to get our food. Can't a pregnant woman get a little service at the table?

Oh, my! I think I would be comfortable enough sitting like that - but when it comes to getting up - yikes!

I bet it was real uncomfortable. I have to always have some kind of support for my back. Also once I was down on the ground there is no getting up for me. Dh would have to help lift me up.

OMG can't even imagine that in a couple more weeks. My mom has taken to calling me Shamu (lovingly) especially when I need help getting up.

yeah i dont know that i would be able to do that.... id be so umcomfortable... but japanese sounds yummy... only thing i would be too tempted with the sushi there.... so i wont go in til the summer... and if i breast feed LONGER! ***CRY***

I bet that was uncomfortable!! I have a hard time just getting onto the floor to sit down, let alone getting back up, lol.
