Crotch pain anyone?

I don't really know how else to explain it, but I have this pain (feels like pulled muscles) in my groin area on both sides. Does anyone else have this? I think I may have overdone things yesterday. After being sick for so long, I am trying to catch up with getting the nursery and my dd's big girl room all ready. It hurts to walk, go up stairs, etc. I can still do stuff, it's just sore.

You girls have this? Or am I the only one?
