Back on line and threw my back out

Hi everyone,

Sorry I've been gone but my computer crashed and I just got it back today. I was all excited and set it up as soon as I go home form work. As I was standing up after plugging in the last wire I threw my back out and now I'm in so much pain I can't even enjoy being back on line. Does anyone have suggestions how to relief the back pain, I'm scheduled for a massage on Thursday but don't no if I can wait that long.

Man that stinks. I have back problems and I usually use a therma care patch. It somewhat helps me relaxe. I hope you feel better soon.

Ouch. That sounds really painful!! I would also recommend a warm bath to soak in and the therma patch or a heating pad on low that has moist heat. That will maybe loosen it up a bit. If all else fail until you get it worked on you can take some Tylenol to help with the pain. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Im so sorry, thats awful!
I would try a bath and heating pad!
