Hannah was my first to use a sling, and I wished I had with all my others. I had a ring sling that my mom bought on ebay for me last time, but like all my other stuff I got rid of it, because I thought I was done, at least for a long while. Anyway do you have one you love or any recommendations?

I made my own ring slings with ds, but I also really like the didymos style slings and I'm looking at getting this one for the new baby.

It just looks so nice and secure!

I've thought of making my own, are they hard? Can they be made without a machine? The machine I had was my exs moms so I no longer have one, but I am considering getting another one. I like the look of the one you posted about, but I'm afraid I'd get to hot, I get hot in the ring sling.

The didymos looks more secure for bigger babies. I like the look of the peanut shell also, but I like the adjustability of the ring slings. As for the moby, it looks secure also, but I'm afraid I'd get tied up in knots or get to hot. We're headed into summer, when baby gets here, in Missouri. It gets so muggy. I don't know the moby, ect. look better for my back.

I had a Lucky baby sling that I got off the internet...but DS didn't like it, so we went with a mei tai since he liked being upright.
