I had to see a nw dr. this week since my dr. is out of town. I wasn't going to have her check me since last week I felt so discouraged after making no progress, but the curiosity made me cave. Well...NO progress...again. I've been 1 cm, 50% effaced and a -2 station for almost 5 weeks.
Actually, I really am ok with it this week. I'd love to have my dr. deliver me and she won't be back until next Weds.
Back to waiting...

I know what you mean about wanting your Dr there. I am torn...if I went today I would be happy but my midwife is gone. Next week is hell for us schedule wise but at least my midwife would be here! Oh well guess it isn't up to us
