I'm 6 weeks pregnant and had bleeding a few days back. It has stopped but the doctor can't find the fetus. I pray that it was just hiding. Please help me pray that my angel blessing continues and I'll have a bundle of joy in my arms next year.

usually at 6 wks all they can see is the sac..did they see any sign of it at all?
how far were you when you got the U/S? 1st trimester bleeding is sometimes ok so hopefully you didnt miscarry. watch for any cramping or passing of tissue, or maybe you are not quite as far as 6 wks im hoping. keep updating..good luck

Thanks so much staceymp and Heavens_angels. I was 5 weeks and 5 days when I had my first u/s and the sac is already about .49cm then I had slight bleeding two days after. I'm okay now, no more bleeding but my OB checked again and said that she can't find the little baby. She didn't say anything to make me worry but I did. I'm scared that I'll lose this one again, I miscarried my first.

I'm feeling better though and I just continue to pray that this Friday when the doctor checks again, we'll hear a heartbeat. I will be almost 7 weeks. Thank you so much.
