Default How do you control your endo?

I know I lurk more than post, but I am really interested in finding out how everyone here handles their endo?

Do you follow a particular eating plan? Have you made any lifestyle changes that helped?

Do you use any herbs or natural remedies? How abut traditional medication?

What worked for you and what did not?

I am really bad at following endo specific diet. I love to eat eggs. I eat chicken over the weekend - usually outside, so I cannot really control wether it is organic or not.
I do use organic eggs and have switched to organic milk.

I do drink a lot of soda however, but plan on giving that up. Giving up soda is SO difficult in summer when you really want something cool to drink. LOL

I think you are on the right track!! I started eating organic a few years ago, and exercising and I have never felt better. I really think the "endo diet" can really help with making you feel better. I also take Evening primrose oil and it helps. I hope our other ladies will chime in too

I had my endo lasered and it returned. So we searched and found a doctor, the only one in the states that does surgery by cutting the endo out. We flew from Michigan to Oregon, to have this doctor do surgery on me. That was 4 years ago, and I have been pain free since. 5 months after surgery I got pregnant with our 1st baby. We had another baby 2 years later, and are now pregnant with twins.
